The institutions under UMALOK GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS (UGI) are run by UMALOK CHARITABLE TRUST (UCT). We are a non-profit, non-religious, non-sectarian and non-discriminatory organization based in Meerut (U.P.), India.

UCT, Meerut, India, is guided by the vision of one man, whose initiative has extended in setting up our foundation. Mr.Alok Bhatnagar is the founder of  UCT. His initiative in the form of UCT is a significant effort to repay the society that has nurtured him.

One of the most challenging aspects of teaching a student is the realization that this student has come to our center with a mission which we will be a part of. It is for us to discover this and serve the child in our journey together.

The programs offered by UGI are designed to address this. We have a variety of things to offer under our umbrella organization. Making every moment of teaching alive and real for the students, different assessments, support systems such as counseling, self-determination and employment.

We have a team of dedicated, motivated and committed teaching staff, who aim to work with the students as their center and serve in the best interest of the students needs.

Anti-Ragging Cell

As per the section 2 (e) of AP Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1997.

"Ragging means doing an act which causes or is likely to insult or annoyance of fear or apprehension or threat or intimidation or outrage of modesty or injury to a student".

The Anti-Ragging Cell of the college is very vigilant all the times. As a proactive meaure a student led campaign of awareness against ragging has been initiated at the beginning of the academic year. Through this campaign the student volunteers addressed the Senior Students about the ill effects & consequences of ragging. These volunteers also addressed the freshers in the college and advised them to be alert, aware and report any incidents of ragging in the campus. Effective measures are taken by the management from time to time to discourage ragging in the campus hence Umalok College Campus is a Ragging Free Campus. Ragging in all its forms is totally banned in this college including in its departments, constituent units, all its premises (academic, residential, sports, cafeteria, etc.) whether located within the campus or outside and in all means of transportation of students whether public or private. The college shall take strict action including but not limited to criminal proceeding and/or cancellation of admission against those found guilty of ragging and/or of abetting ragging and the burden of proof shall hereby lie on the perpetrator of alleged ragging and not on the victim. An offence of Ragging may be charged either on a written complaint by the affected or on independent finding of the Anti Ragging Cell.
